This year we launched a menopause committee to help drive initiatives that will benefit employees affected by the menopause, both directly and indirectly.

Our committee has been busy making changes as a result of employee feedback. Here’s what they have actioned so far:
👕 lightweight t-shirts for the summer months
🔥 adjustable neck fans to combat hot flushes
🩺 launched a virtual GP service which employees and their families can use to discuss their menopause symptoms
📃 launched the menopause policy including leader guidance
