Daily habits cause more scissor lift damage than heavy loads. 🔧

Running a GEO 3 Tonne Mid Rise Car Scissor Lift? Three small maintenance mistakes are usually what take a lift out of action, not the weight you put on it.

1. Skipping safety locks. Running with uneven locks strains the scissor mechanism and warps platforms over time.

2. Uneven loading. A 3-tonne rating only holds true when the vehicle is properly centred on the lift.

3. Ignoring fluid levels. Low hydraulic fluid causes jerky movement and overheats the motor.

Checking all three takes a few minutes at the start of the day. Replacing a motor takes days off the job, and days off the books.
