🎉Celebrating Progress, Commitment & Welding Success!
This week, we're proud to celebrate the return of both Warren Finch and Cole Garbutt-Lane, two of our Trainee Welders, who have successfully completed 12 weeks of intensive training at Nordic and have now returned to our Fabshop.💡
As part of their New to Industry Welding Programme, both employees successfully achieved their Level 1 qualifications in Manual Metal Arc (MMA) Welding and Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) Welding.
Throughout their training, they have demonstrated a fantastic level of commitment, perseverance and determination, developing their skills to a standard of meeting both visual and x-ray inspection requirements.
Their development doesn't stop here!👏 Over the next few weeks, they will continue working towards achieving their codings.
They are also now in the process of being enrolled onto the Adult Learning Scheme, beginning their pathway towards an NVQ Level 3 qualification.
A huge thank you to Nordic for their support throughout the training programme and for helping both Warren and Cole take their first steps towards building their welding careers with Cavendish Northern Limited.
