Fixatool have been busy today repairing a TORO 216D ReelMaster sports field mower for a local cricket club.

It had previously overheated due to a fan-belt failure. A very painful job to replace, but got it done at the customers premises.

Please dont use your Husqvarna K770 disc cutters to rob jewelers. Fixatool does not endorse any form of crime or robbery.

I constantly get offered tools from very shady people, and im simply not interested.

Anyone that knows me, I hold a fi****ms licence, I an avid clay and game shooter, I shoot 3-5 times a week. I consider myself a professional and law abiding citizen with an unblemished record. I simply cannot afford to get into any trouble with the police.

Be careful who your hiring or selling tools to folks.

A Makita HR3210C came into Fixatool yesterday, with reports of slow speed & smoking.

A Kubota GR1600-2 in for surgery today at Fixatool, via a site visit to the customers premises, a carp fishing lake.

Was supposed to be a normal service, but upon arrival the owner declared the cutting deck wasn't working 🤔😅

In short, deck removed and we deduced the PTO clutch was past its best. An 11 year old machine, requiring a circa £1200 repair bill, as the new multi-plate PTO clutch costs a fortune.

Next steps currently under discussion by the owners......probably worth scrapping off......possibly worth repairing, but there are other problems too......TBC.

A failed motor replaced in a Stihl HLA 56 hedge trimmer. Had previously sheared the main internal gear too.

Now starts every time. A hard one to determine correctly, could have been a switch or control PCB.....but it was a faulty motor, causing it to randomly start when it felt like it.
