Important information- During the Christmas shut down please advise us in writing of any plant which should be off hired during the holiday period no later than 1pm on Wednesday 17th December, if we do not hear from you, we will presume that our charging arrangements are acceptable to you. We will endeavour to remove plant from site. However, if we are unable to collect prior to the holiday, you will be responsible for the safe keeping of equipment.
Non-mechanical plant (props, scaffolding, ladders, etc) remaining on your site will continue to be charged for during this period.
The responsibility for the safe keeping of all equipment, irrespective of any hire suspension, continues to be with the hirer.
