Looking 🔙 on a busy summer 🌞

In addition to visits to our Tivetshall Maltings by our distributors Agronet France and Geterbrewed, we also hosted a couple of day visits for some of our UK brewing customers 🍺

It's important to us that our customers have the opportunity to visit our malting sites as it provides a platform for them to learn more about the malting process - including how our crystal and roasted malts are made - and how we source our malting barley 🌾

It also allows us to showcase the continuous investment being made in our plant and processes, which enables the production of the high-quality malts that our customers expect 🏭

A big thank you to everybody who took time out of their schedules to visit our Tivetshall Maltings during summer 2026 🙌

We're delighted to share that our Net Promoter Score (NPS) has increased to 93, with 99% of respondents satisfied with both our products and customer service. Even more encouragingly, every customer who took part said they would be likely to recommend us to others 🗣️

The feedback highlighted what distillers, brewers and distributors value most about working with us, while opportunities to improve were also identified 📝
