Welding fumes aren’t something we take lightly. 💨

We’ve recently upgraded the workshop with a full Electac fume extraction system across all training bays — designed to capture fumes directly at source.

Our setup includes:
✔️ 3 x 1100W motors running at 2850 RPM
✔️ Each motor moving up to 2500 m³/hour of air, fully filtered
✔️ P3 high-efficiency filtration
✔️ Integrated spark arrestors
✔️ 11 fixed extraction arms — one for every purpose-built welding bay

Every student works with their own dedicated extraction, ensuring fumes are pulled away at source — not left hanging in the workshop.

The result:
– Cleaner air
– Better visibility while welding
– A safer, more professional training environment

We also supply and quote for full fume extraction systems, whether it’s a single bay or a complete workshop setup like ours.
