Breathing new life into an old van.

This van arrived with a tired DI-only system, worn flooring, rusty reels and years of hard use behind it.

We removed the old floor covering, fully prepared the load area, then Raptor-lined the floor, walls and existing shelving before installing:

• New Emerald 650-litre, two-operator system
• Full 4040 RO upgrade with pre-filters
• New DI vessel
• Electric ReelMaster hose reel
• Victron battery-to-battery charger
• New leisure battery, securely housed in the compartment beneath the passenger seat
• Completely renewed plumbing and electrics

The original plan was one manual and one electric reel, but after seeing the transformation, the customer opted for a second electric reel—which we’ll install next week.

An older van doesn’t always need replaced. With the right refit, it can be turned back into a clean, professional and highly capable working vehicle.

This van came to us as a proper working van — packed to the roof and definitely showing the years of use.

We stripped everything out, removed the old floor, cleaned and prepped the interior, applied epoxy etch primer and finished it with 3 coats of black Raptor protective coating.

Then it was time to start putting it all back together properly. 💪
