Job Title: General Labourer – RSJ Metal Fabrications
Location: Dargan Crescent - Belfast �Employment Type: Full-Time (38 hours/week)
Wage: National Living Wage
About the Role:�We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated General Labourer to join our team in a busy metal fabrication shop. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for supporting fabricators, painting and cleaning duties, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the workshop.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist fabricators with daily tasks and projects
* Perform painting and finishing work on fabricated metal parts
* Carry out general cleaning duties to maintain a tidy and safe work environment
* Operate hand and power tools
* Support with material handling and preparation
* Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Willingness to learn and take direction
* Familiarity with power tools is highly desirable
Qualifications & Experience:
* No formal qualifications required
* Prior experience in a workshop or industrial setting is an asset but not essential
* In-house training will be provided for all machinery and tools
