🚜 We're Hiring – Agricultural Engineer 🚜

We're looking for a motivated and reliable Agricultural Engineer to join our team.

The role includes:

- Servicing, maintaining and repairing agricultural machinery.
- Carrying out fault finding and diagnostic work.
- Working both in our workshop and on customer sites.
- Completing service records and keeping paperwork up to date.
- Providing good customer service and communicating professionally with customers.

We're looking for someone who:

- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Holds a full UK driving licence.
- Is organised and able to complete paperwork accurately.
- Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Good timekeeping and punctuality is essential.

Who would have thought our tractor would be heading to prom! 🚜✨

We were so proud to see our beautiful niece Lexi and her boyfriend Max driving themselves to their prom in style. It was such a fun and memorable way to make the day even more special!

A huge thank you to a great friend Mark Witherington for his fantastic valeting , who did an amazing job getting the tractor cleaned up and looking its absolute best. Your hard work made all the difference, and we really appreciate it.

Hope you had the most amazing prom and made memories to last a lifetime. We're so proud of you! ❤️

Max is looking forward to meeting our current customers and hopefully new ones in the future as he starts his apprenticeship with us this year 😀

We specialise mainly in John Deere and JCB equipment, operating from a modern workshop with full diagnostic capabilities.
Positions Available:
Workshop Based Agricultural Mechanic
Mobile Agricultural Mechanic
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with agricultural machinery preferred
Strong diagnostic and repair skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking, and motivated attitude
💡 Qualifications are not essential, but industry experience is highly preferable
💡 Experience in the plant industry is also welcomed
