Bocol Services was formed to carry out precision machining of aluminum and castings. We have machined components for a wide and diverse field of industries including Automotive, Defence, Medical, Music, Surveillance, Ultra High Vacuum, Barcode Verification, Industrial Printing, Texture Measurement to list but a few. Using the very latest software we can import customer CAD model files and generate

CNC programs quickly and efficiently. Our quality system and in-house inspection facility ensures products conform to the required specification each and every time. We are a small and dedicated team who strive to deliver quality which is right first time and delivery on time, every time.

We’re currently producing a small batch of 10 × gearbox end casings, precision machined from Aluminium Alloy 6082-T6 / T651.

This week we CNC machined a batch of 50 cast iron exhaust manifolds destined for old Landrovers — precision work to ensure perfect sealing faces and durability under pressure.

These castings came in rugged, but we brought them up to spec with tight tolerances and consistent quality across the run.
