Apologies that this is a little bit of a long read.!
Please do not waste your time or money using this pair of clowns!
Extremely unprofessional and basically trying to bully you into paying for a product that’s of substandard quality, and when that doesn’t work they try a steal something and hold it ransom to get you to pay!
Well unfortunately for them that’s not worked with me but I am down £200 from the deposit they asked for.
So I wanted a new Tunneau cover as mine keeps getting extremely mouldy on the underside, so I asked for one exactly the same but with two vents in to hopefully allow air flow and keep it from going mouldy. The fit on my current one is perfect but has lost a couple of poppers now.
It was there to copy or measure and look at if they wanted.
They templated the boat and went away and came back and fitted this cover that was atrocious awful quality and poppers within a few millimetres of the edge of the fabric that were just waiting to rip out, I said I wasn’t happy with it and it’s not like my old one to which I got a reply of we will keep your deposit and sell it to someone else with the same boat.
So off they went and I got a call saying they will remake it slightly bigger but I’d have to fit it myself.! (This is obviously to pass the blame so they can say it was fitted incorrectly) I objected and said no of course.
A few more days go by and I’m away out the country and I receive a message from Sarah Roberts stating that they are returning tomorrow to fit the tonneau cover I stated I was away and it could wait till I’m back as I wanted to see it with my own eyes due to the 1st one being atrocious.
Now they went against what I said and proceeded to go on my boat and fit this new cover then sent pictures of it and asking for it to be paid for. I told them both I’m not paying for something while I’m away and from seeing a couple of pictures.
Now this is where Darren Wayne Roberts threw his toys out his pram and started getting aggressive rude and completely unprofessional oh yeah and was about to make a criminal offence by stealing my property (boat seat) as you can see in the video, thankfully I’ve cameras and could see everything happening so I call a friend who is on the same industrial site as me asking him to try and stop him stealing my seat and ask Darren Wayne Roberts to get off my boat and leave as you can see my friend was meet with abuse and Darren Wayne Roberts telling him he was going to f*ck my boat over.
I eventually got him to leave as I was about to call the police as they were told not to be there and were trespassing and also trying to steal my seat.
I strongly urge anyone that’s looking into having a cover made not to use this pair!
