Consistency is something I’ve always been known for. It’s been great to mix it with the best natural bodybuilders in the world once again.

Big shoutout to gym for having such an awesome facility for me to prepare for this past season and of course to my coach for helping me achieve my all time best look this year.

It was a great season, I don’t think I’ve stopped to process the whole thing yet. One things for sure, I’ve decided I’m going to go again in 2026, and are on my radar.

Parking announcement 📣 - can everyone make sure they are using the correct parking which is allocated at the back and side of the gym! Do not park outside any other building as they all need access. If there’s no parking outside the gym then park on the main road and walk in
