As you can see from the photos, the dust buildup alone was a major fire hazard, and the worn belt and deck was an accident waiting to happen.

✅ Brand new replacement deck
✅ High-performance running belt installation
✅ Full recalibration and testing

🏠 PROFESSIONAL GYM REPAIRS—RIGHT TO YOUR DOORSTEP!

Today we were out helping a domestic customer with a Reebok ZR8 treadmill that had completely lost power to the console.
The Diagnosis:
After a thorough inspection, we found the Motor Control Board (MCB) was receiving the correct input voltage (240V), but it wasn't providing any output to the motors or console. A classic case of a failed board stopping a great machine in its tracks.
The Result:
We sourced and installed a brand-new MCB, recalibrated the settings, and the treadmill is now running exactly like the day it was bought! 🏃💨
