Two chairs in progress:
1) What you have to do when someone's legs need to pass directly through where the axle would be, but a traditional cut-out axle will interfere with the kneel plate.
2) 💛 Bright yellow chair freshly powder coated, final assembly to do. More pictures to follow.

Plus a huge THANK YOU to everyone for being so patient and supportive during our workshop move, it's not been an easy process.

Final stage before trial fit.
The aluminium seat is formed and welded in. If clearance isn't an issue with feet sliding underneath it's always better making the seat a structural part of the chair which increases rigidity.

Once all the sheet metal is in place the customer is invited back for a trial fit. Better to make any minor alterations now rather than after powder coating.
All clearances for wheels are also checked at this stage, a complete dry build.
