Precision machining is only as good as the checks behind it. 🔍

Every job starts with a First Article Inspection Report, verifying critical features and material specs against the drawing.

Our in-process checks, using trusted metrology equipment from Mitutoyo - UK Ltd and Baty, then monitor key dimensions throughout production, with every component cleaned and fully inspected before dispatch.

It’s this attention to detail at every stage that helps us deliver consistent, reliable components time after time.

A big hello to our newest team member, Mark McDermott. đź‘‹

Mark joined us back in the summer, so we figured it was time to give him a proper introduction.

Mark brings 18+ years in quality inspection to the table, with a background in precision engineering stretching back to 2008, working across first-article inspection, Mitutoyo measurement equipment, internal auditing, 8D problem solving and more - so he's well and truly seen it all when it comes to running a quality department.
