A proper Good Friday for Square One Commercials 🔧

Kicked off with early morning call outs in Barnstaple and Bridgewater getting vehicles back on the road with quick diagnostics and solid fixes. Just as things started to slow down, another breakdown this afternoon because when our customers have fleets to keep moving, the job never really stops.

Now (finally) wrapping up and hoping to make it home in time for some well-earned Easter eggs 🐣

We’ve had a great mix of jobs, met some new customers, and kept plenty of vehicles on the road 🙌

This week we have carried out-

💥 6 fleet LGV Maintenance / Engine services on Iveco's, Peugeot and Mercedes
💥 8 HGV Routine Inspections on Scania's, Mercedes Ategos, DAF LF, Izusu
💥 HGV MOT Preperations
💥3 Trailer Inspections
💥Multiple diagnostics using Texa, Xentry and Jaltest
💥Fault finding for broken wiring on an ABS system, Roller brake testing, Leaking Turbo, Driver reported defects and Lots of mirrors.

Greatful for our team, Thankful for our customers.

Wow- what a week and its only Wednesday 💪

So far this week we have done 👇🏼

✅️ VW T5 gearbox replacement

✅️ 5 fleet inspections and engine services on Iveco's, Mercedes and Peugeot's

✅️ On site brake chamber replacements on a volvo

✅️ Locating / repairing wiring for various faults for the Daf's, Volvo's and Iveco's

✅️ Two HGV MOT presentations

✅️ Three light commercial MOT presentations

As well as the usual CVI's, rolling in defects, brake testing and various roadside assists.

We’re incredibly proud to support a motocross club that means so much to our family. It’s more than just racing, it’s a community. A club that’s welcoming, approachable, and genuinely friendly to everyone, whether you’re brand new to the sport or have been riding for years.

Being part of it with my sons makes it even more special. The competition days are always full of energy, the early mornings, muddy boots, revving engines, nervous excitement on the start line and huge smiles at the finish. Win or lose, the atmosphere is always supportive, and the memories we’re making as a family are priceless.

Behind the scenes, preparation is everything and that’s where Square One Commercials Ltd are proud to play their part. Supporting customers by keeping their race vans and lorries in top condition, making sure they’re safe, reliable and ready to go for race season.
