We can work off your own drawings/files, or help with design and CAD drawings. We also have CNC scanning services, so we can scan - convert to CAD and cut material off a drawing. We also have a CNC engraver, this enables us to etch pre bend lines - logos - Briti

sh standard numbers - batch numbers etc. Material wise we can cut, Steel - aluminium - stainless steel - copper & more! Our new CNC table can take a 10ft x 5ft sheet of material.

We were asked by a good customer of ours late November if we could convert this unused office into a functional changing room for their staff.....before Christmas 😬

Of course we can!

With the help of our friends and amazing carpenters (Luke & Shaun) we pulled out all the stops, worked all the hours and got it complete ahead of schedule!😁

We don't just cut plates and weld stuff... we also are doing lots more on our commercial development side of the business!

Nice job for a local factory!

Tasked with creating a platform to raise a machine 1200mm off the floor.

We then made an access platform to regain access to the machine, along with handrailing.

Has saved many man hours now the machine works more efficiently!

Nice domestic job completed recently.

We were asked to help out with this outside space!

We supplied the steels for the raised decking platform βœ”οΈ

We also designed and fabricated the balustrade system you see here!
Aluminium posts, and installation of fittings to allow us to use stainless steel rope , finished off with 316 stainless handrail to create a contemporary and safe space.βœ”οΈ

We also designed the staircase, which had to be prefabricated and then assembled on site due to restrictions on getting through the house. βœ”οΈ

And also a small auto closing gate at the top of the stairs to keep the customers πŸ• safe and sound!βœ”οΈ

All this work was designed, fabricated and powdercoated in house! βœ”οΈ

They acquired this box cutting machine recently and asked us to provide new guarding to bring it up to date for both safety and productivity.

Working closely with the Health & Safety team alongside the operators we have created new guarding that keep the operator happy and safe.

Shatterproof polycarbonate viewing windowβœ”οΈ
