Creating a supportive workplace goes beyond physical safety.
As part of Premdor’s commitment to colleague wellbeing, we've introduced the Willow Room; a private, confidential space where team members can speak openly with their line manager, colleagues, or a Mental Health First Aider when they need support.
The Willow Room was created after recognising the importance of having a dedicated place for meaningful conversations, away from the day-to-day demands of work. Its name was inspired by the willow tree, which symbolises resilience and strength through the storm, bending without breaking.
By investing in spaces like the Willow Room, we're helping to create a workplace where our people feel supported, valued, and empowered to look after their wellbeing.
