316 stainless steel trolly, designed to carry blades for a local food factory.

Designed for the purpose of transportation around the factory and storage.

This trolly also minimises the amount of manual handling of the blade.

Having been busy this past while our social media has been put on the back burner.

Until now, check out the latest fitted last weekend. Privacy gate with a pedestrian gate fitted inside the main frame.

All steel was galvanised and powder coated for maximum protection against the elements. The infill boards are a midnight cladding composite board, meaning the gate will have little maintenance.

As the back of this gate leads to a public footpath, the client requested a combination lock for security purposes.

One of our first jobs to kick off another busy year‼️

A quantity of end of line goal posts with a 3mm backing plate for a local food factory.

As these will be used in the food industry, all the stainless steel is marine grade 316 to prevent contamination to food supply.

How well does this look 🤌

Mirror polished marine grade stainless steel frame, with tinted perspex. Manufactured to suit the existing console of the boat.

Designed to protect the driver and passengers from wind and spray water. A key feature of this project was to create a safe structure to grip when moving around the vessel.

Job Complete ✅️

Estate style fencing and gates completed using a variety of SHS.
Using this profile of steel increased the strength for the fencing, instead of the traditional flat bar posts and horizontal round bars.

This client contacted us with one objective to replace an old wooden fence, which required more maintenance each year, and had started to get tired looking.

We set out a plan and design before manufacturing the fencing to open the outdoor space area and modernise the property on site while also offering a low maintenance finished product.

All mild steel was hot dipped galvanised before powder coating. The locking mechanism was manufactured using 316 stainless steel.

Trailer upgrade.

This client had spied the trailer we manufactured for the malö 36 last year.

Highly satisfied with the quality of work they reached out to us for some repairs aswell as some modifications.

They asked us to fabricate adjustable uprights, acrow props which can be adjusted in height and angle.

All work carried out was finished off with C12 Lamborghini orange paint 🤙

This week started off on the waters edge of Strangford Lough.

We finished assembling another yacht trailer with our newly fabricated new uprights and adjustable props, finished in Lamborghini orange.

The trailer was designed that all uprights, braces and adjustable props can be removed and assembled with ease only requiring a couple of spanners 🔧

With another busy week ahead.
The latest to be fitted to a property in County Down.

Two pedestrian gates fabricated to update the exterior of this house and replace the tired wooden gates.

These gates are manufactured to supply the client with a product that will provide a long service, due to the powder prime and powder coated finish on the steel work. While the boards used are a composite product made from recycled materials which are fully weather resistant.
