Repair to this skid steer with a broken headstock and snapped rod end
2x rod ends bored out on the lathe
Headstock bored out to take a larger 35 mm bar
Also added extra strength with a couple welded bosses and some extra webbing

Prop shaft repair on a Massey 7718 dyna 6

prop carrier bearings failed as a result wore the housing integral to the back end of the tractor
to correct this a oversized bearing was sourced, front axle removed to gain some room for James Andrews to line bore the housing to suit the new bearings (absolute first class job by James perfect fit)
to finish the job off custom retaining plates we’re fabricated to hold everything tight and a new pair of uj’s for the front shaft

Recent job on a customers 140 doosan

hydraulic leak in below the engine turned out to be a badly corroded hydraulic cooler

3 ton Counter weight had to be removed to gain access easy job with the help of our 535-95 jcb and some custom fabricated m30 lifting eyes 💪

Cooler had to be fully re-cored as it was leaking in 6 different places
