🟪🔥 How to Clean a Rational Oven 👇

If you’re using a Rational AG combi oven cleaning is mostly automated — but knowing the right method keeps it performing like new.

🧼 1️⃣ Automatic Cleaning (Recommended – Daily)

Step-by-step:
1. Cool the oven (below 60°C if possible).
2. Remove trays, grids, and accessories.
3. On the control panel, select Clean.
4. Choose the cleaning level:
• Light (after light use)
• Medium
• Heavy / Overnight (for baked-on grease)
5. Insert the correct Rational cleaning tablets when prompted.
6. Close the door and let the automatic cycle run (30 mins–2+ hrs).

✅ The oven will automatically rinse and dry itself.

💡 Pro Tip (Especially for busy kitchens)

Since you work in catering equipment, you’ll know — daily light cleaning prevents expensive service calls. A heavy clean once grease carbonises can mean downtime.

🟪 Sleek new 3 tier chilled display fitted at a NHS site in Belfast. This replaced a redundant cabinet which wasn’t performing and costing the site on repairs.

We provided this Counterline drop in and surveyed the counter prior to install due to modifications required to accommodate the new unit.

Front sliding doors factory fitted to help keep the products chilled and easy access for customers.
