808 kg, 100 mm tool, 1,720 joules a blow, for 10 to 15 tonne excavators. Anti blank-fire as standard.

NPK GH-18 in for its first reseal after 5 years of hard work.

Stripped, inspected and rebuilt to factory standards at the Ballyclare workshop. Genuine NPK seal kit, recommended torques on the through-bolts, and gassed to the recommended pressure.

The GH-18 suits 38 to 50 tonne excavators. 3,067 kg, 165 mm tool.

New in the Ballyclare workshop: 3D scanning.

Some older breakers are still working long after their makers have gone out of business. When a part wears out, we can now scan it in-house, measure it straight from the scan, and send the measurements to reputable rock breaker manufacturers to have it made.

In the video: a breaker piston on the turntable, and a worn bottom chuck bush checked against its 3D model.

My dad built this business on straight advice, knowing the kit inside out, and never disappearing after the sale. That's still how we do things today.
