So… what actually happens when you book with Sorrell & Paws? 🐾
There’s actually quite a bit that goes on behind the scenes before I even head out for that first walk or visit🤍
When you first get in touch, we’ll have a wee chat about what you’re looking for, your pet and how I can help
Before any care starts, we’ll arrange a Meet & Greet so I can meet you both properly. This is where I get to know all the important little things — routines, personalities, likes, dislikes, walking habits and all those tiny details that make my job a little easier and everything is tailored for your furry family member 🥹🐾
Then it all gets organised into my very glamorous business “Bible” 😂 care information, important details and everything I need to make sure I’m providing the right care for each individual pet
And then comes my favourite part… actually getting to know them 🤍
I never want Sorrell & Paws to feel like a case of turning up, doing a walk and moving onto the next name in the diary. I want to know who waits at the window for me, who needs an extra five minutes of cuddles, who has a favourite route and who has their own funny little ways
Because if you’re trusting me with someone you love, I want you to know they’re being cared for like an individual, not just another booking 🐾
And yes… the big pink Bible really does contain all the important stuff 😂🤍
