Looking for an experienced welder fabricator for structural steel, mainly steel portal buildings and general fabrication, cutting and folding. Would be required to work as part of a small team in a relaxed working environment.

Must be honest, reliable and hardworking.
Ideally experienced and willing to take charge of running workshop and assist in progressing the workshop. Ideally some CNC knowledge for plasma, and cutting and folding of mainly flashings and gutters.

Rates based on experience, van may be available.

Workshop fairly well equipped.

Steel Erector required.

Looking for a steel erector, preferably with some experience. Mixture of agricultural and industrial work. Would be working in a small 3 man team alongside 3 man cladding squad.

Ideally someone who can work under their own initiative with good manner and time keeping. Need to be happy to work on agricultural sites, happy to assist cladding when required, forklift, crane. HGV experience would be useful but not essential.

Happy to support development of someone with minimal experience.

TRAINEE SITE OPERATOR REQUIRED

Looking to hire a trainee site operator. Position would suit a young person looking to get a start in construction. School leaver may be considered.

Work would include construction of steel framed buildings, cladding and groundworks, all while working as part of a small team. Would suit a person happy to get their hands dirty doing manual work, come rain or shine, for 10hr a day…. Candidate will need to be comfortable working at height and willing to do training courses, ideally working towards NVQ.

Good opportunity for someone to become familiar with steel erecting, cladding, welding, groundworks, operating equipment as well as good life skills. Time and patience will be given to someone that shows an interest, is willing to learn and has good time keeping and manner.

Pay will be competitive for age and will rise based on ability to carry out the job, not age. Transport may be available depending on location.
