It was collection day today for this Volvo Jonckheere Race coach! Full build start to finish from us here at Outlaw Engineering!

A very large and spacious living area left us with lots of room to achieve what the customer was looking for. 10 seats (including driver) for comfortable travelling, along with 2 large sofa creating a nice seating area which also pulls out into a double bed! Big kitchen area with 2 worktops. Fridge, cooker and dining table. 2 bunk beds and a big double bed above the bonnet of the car which allows sleeping arrangements for 7 people. Full size shower and separate toilet utilising the space of the coach! 12V USB’s, 240V sockets, Air conditioning unit, Truma combi boiler with iNet touch screen panel, storage through the whole coach finished with our alcantara headlining.

14ft garage area with a two stage splitting hydraulic flick down back door to allow for low level car to initially get onto the back door without bottoming out. This coach also has a flick up back door on gas struts to allow for under cover shelter which has LED lighting to light up the car and ramp! The garage has lots of storage with 2 very large cupboards, shelves, tyre rack, pull out draws. 12V lighting, 240V lighting, 240V extension lead real, airline real.

Additional tool box’s, draws, onboard generator, compressor and more storage in the lockers! Finished off in metalic grey from Kent Commerical bodyworks.

We are really over the moon with the finished article and it was great to see the customers loved it as much as we do! And what fantastic customers they have been, it has been a pleasure to work with them!

A few Pickup shells done recently for the Men’s and Ladies nationals! One Class 7 shell, and two Class 5 shells.

Two of the shells done to completion; fabricated, painted, arched and stickered by FW Graphics. Great work by Jake on the fabrication side!

Mercedes Sprinter finished and collected last week!

A little different lay out compared to what we are used too, but all done to the customers great ideas and preferences! 5 sliding and reclining seats in the rear for the race team to travel in comfort. Black leatherette ceiling with LED lighting, air conditioning and heating throughout the van all controlled through the Truma iNet touch screen panel. Wet room with basin, toilet and shower. 12V USB sockets, 240V sockets, inverter, radio speakers, microwave, fridge, 4 storage cupboards and a small wardrobe.

Toolboxes draws fitted in the garage with a large storage shelf above. 12V LED lighting, 12V USB sockets, 240V sockets, tie down runners all around the garage to secure items without all falling over, storage tray in floor and on the back doors!

Two sliding windows fitted into the side of the van, 2 outside lights, outside shower point, and electric hook up fitted.

We are very pleased with how this van has come out! Lots going on here at Outlaw Engineering with vans, trailers, coaches and race cars! If we can help in any way, please drop us a message!

A 7.5T Iveco Eurocargo finished and ready to head back to the customer to finish the interior themselves!

This truck had a brand new 24ft box fabricated with a 14ft garage to take a Lotus circuit car in! Flick up back door on Gas struts with a personnel entry door. 24V winch fitted, 12V LED lighting inside the garage and on the underside of the back door for working lights, 240V lighting, 240V sockets, full width tyre rack.

The 10ft living space, we made and fitted the raised flooring area, rear bed frame and boarding, full cut through to the cab and sleeper pod, finished off with 4 seitz windows.

5 side storage lockers inc a full width locker under the raised flooring in the interior. 2 LED outside lighting.

This build was all done to suit customers budget and ideas in mind!

A little slow on the updates recently with lots going on but here we have a brand new mini pickup shell fabricated a few months back ready for a new build Class 5. This had a standard mini saloon roof converted to a pickup roof using panels from R&M Motorsport Panels !

Our latest full build all finished and collected ready to head to the paint shop!

A brand new box was built on this Mercedes Actros chassis with a 30ft box with glasonite sides. Pull out side steps and handrail. 4 side lockers all with LED lighting and on gas struts, 240V waterproof socket in one, and one big enough to fit generator and gazebo. Full width underfloor locker. Onboard water and waste tanks. 4 outside lights lighting up to 15ft outwards of the lorry, outside BBQ point and reversing camera.

Large living area with a spacious sofa area next to
the kitchen with a tall fridge freezer, microwave, full height larder unit along with 10 cupboards, sink, drainer and lots of worktop space. Extractor fan above the cooker. Electric pop up TV. Two single beds in pod sleeping area, with divider, cup holders, TV, reading lights and 12V charging sockets. Full size household shower in the bathroom, with soap dispensers, LED light up mirror. Superking size bed above the garage with TV, cupboards, reading lights and USB charging points. iNet touch screen panel to control the hot water, heating and aircon unit, which also can be connected to the Truma app on your phone. Avtex WiFi box. Maxview satellite to connect to a Sky Q box. Inverter and solar panels. All the living finished with Leatherette on the ceiling with LED strip lights and LED lighting under the cupboards and steps.

16ft beaver tailed garage with flick up back door on gas struts with a built in personnel door with loading and working lights underneath lighting up to 15ft behind the garage. A mechanics bedroom built into the garage, with its own LED lighting, reading lights, charging points with locker doors on gas struts. Full width tyre rack, belly locker, 12V lighting, 240V lighting, 240V sockets, USB charging socket, 24V winch and a camera in the garage wired into the reversing camera monitor.
