Are you organised, friendly and great at customer service? We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our busy, family-run business!

With over 40 years of experience in the garage equipment industry, we're proud of our reputation for excellent service and customer care.

🔧 What you'll be doing:

Booking and coordinating service engineers

Handling customer enquiries and arranging appointments

Organising servicing, repairs and calibrations

Preparing quotations, invoices and paperwork

Keeping service records up to date

Helping keep our busy service department running smoothly

⭐ What we're looking for:

Excellent communication and organisational skills

A positive, proactive attitude

Good computer skills

Previous customer service or administration experience

Experience in the automotive or engineering industry is a bonus, but not essential!
