Another part our scanner has allowed us to prototype very quickly. A Billet oil filter housing for the EA113

Among allowing the fitment of an air-oil cooler, removing some common leak points, and using the 1.8T filter, it’ll look great bolted to your 2.0T.

From scan to prototype

Our new 3d scanner is being put to work. Here we see a scan for the 2.0T engine rocker cover. Black oily plastic was not easy to scan.

But thanks to the scan we have been able to design a brand new billet machined rocker cover.

Our new 3D scanner should make prototyping a breeze!

Shown here is an Audi A4 subframe/engine mount. The scan will allow us to take accurate measurements of hole locations to design a new fully machined lightweight mount!

Something new is in the works!

After more tweaking we are finally ready to begin machining our new brake caliper design.
designed to suit most 2000s VAG cars.

Made from 7075 aluminium these promise to be both light and strong, With the main body coming in at only 2.9kg!

This is a throttle body angle spacer for the Audi 1.8T engine. After a request from a customer to design and manufacture a prototype we were so pleased with the results we have listed the product for sale on our website.

The main purpose of this part is to better align the throttle body with the intake, allowing a clean flow of air without the extra twists and turns of the normal air intake system.
