Very pleased to share some footage of our recent project in Shropshire with IEC Solutions(International Energy Crops Ltd). A very special build with unique design of buildings and bespoke ventilation system.
Full equipment supply by JF McKenna Ltd with Fancom b.v. Fancom One control and vent, Chore-Time, A Division of CTB, Inc. Konavi feeding, LUBING (UK & IRELAND) LIMITED , HATO Agricultural Lighting Corax DDS (Dynamic Daylight Simulation), Collinson Silos, Grain & Protein Technologies APAC Lavamatic units and heat exchange distribution from Vencomatic Group UK.
This unique ventilation concept was designed in collaboration with Chris Wright and Fancom b.v., offering multiple options for air inlets and system control. By using the new Fancom One controller, we can manage house ventilation more quickly, smoothly, and efficiently, resulting in improved environmental conditions and enhanced bird performance.
Fancom One smart lighting control, integrated with HATO DDS lighting, delivers flicker-free, daylight-simulating multi-spectrum illumination that supports broiler welfare and performance. The system reduces stress and panic responses while promoting calmer behaviour, greater flock uniformity, and more natural feeding and resting behaviour.
The results are speaking for themselves.
