We recently completed a complex installation for Powertech at Dale Farm, where we successfully lifted and positioned four tanks in a space with very limited access. To overcome the tight conditions, each tank was carefully lowered through the roof onto custom-designed raised steel frames. Once in place, the tanks were then manoeuvered into position and securely bolted. It was a challenging project, but the team executed it flawlessly, delivering outstanding results.

A successful collaboration with Terumo , a leading healthcare company based in Larne, involved the removal and replacement of two 20-ton autoclaves in a challenging, tight space. The autoclaves were carefully jacked out of their pits and manoeuvered into new positions, being tracked through the factory with only millimetres to spare.

The project entailed the electrical and mechanical dismantling and relocation of an entire slitting line from Carpetright in Essex to Ulster Carpets Portadown, Northern Ireland. The scope included 10 x 40-foot machinery loads. Despite the complexity, the project was completed with an impressive turnaround, from initial scoping to successful completion, in just two weeks.

We recently collaborated with Tetra Pak at Dale Farm in Cookstown on an exciting project. Our team successfully offloaded and installed an entire cheddar production line, which included pasteurisers, silos, a cheddaring machine, and all necessary accessories. We're thrilled to have completed the project on time and within budget!
