Another busy day here at Autologic 🚙👨‍🔧

Our car park is filling up nicely, and the workshop is working hard behind the scenes on MOTs, servicing, diagnostics and repairs. It’s great to see so many familiar faces trusting us with their vehicles.

If your MOT is due, your car needs servicing, or you’ve got a warning light that needs investigating, we’d always recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment.

Autologic in Anlaby is looking for a full time Motor Vehicle Diagnostic and Service Technician to join our busy workshop.

Monday to Thursday only - Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays off every week

The role 🚙
Servicing and repairs from routine work to major mechanical and engine jobs
Vehicle diagnostics and problem solving
Working as part of a friendly, experienced team

About you 😊
Confident vehicle technician with good diagnostic skills
Team player, reliable and hard working
MOT tester a bonus but not essential
Around 3 years experience preferred

This Audi A3 came in with a DSG transmission fault, which we diagnosed as a failed pressure accumulator within the mechatronics unit.

The original aluminium housing used by the factory just isn’t up to the job long-term, so we supplied and fitted a new accumulator with an upgraded steel housing for improved reliability.

If you own a DSG-equipped vehicle, we recommend considering a preventative replacement before failure, it can save you from costly repairs later on.
