THOR is seeking a USA Factory Assembler / Field Service Engineer. With headquarters in the UK and manufacturing facilities in both the US and UK, we are seeking a versatile Manufacturing and Service Technician to join our US team in Vermont.

The primary purpose of this role is to support the production and customer delivery of THOR's flagship PBM beds. The position is split between two key responsibilities:

• Assembling THOR's flagship photo-biomodulation beds on the production line at our Vermont facility (approximately 75% of the role), and
• Traveling across the United States to perform service calls, installations, and technical support for customers (approximately 25% of the role).

This is a hands-on, self-directed position that requires strong mechanical assembly skills, a customer- focused mindset, and the flexibility to travel regularly. The role reports directly to the Director of NovoTHOR Operations.

THOR is seeking a UK, EU and ME Field Service Engineer. Based at THOR's Head Office in Amersham, this role supports the NovoTHOR Operations team by performing product installations, maintenance and repairs of NovoTHOR devices across the UK, EU and other international regions. The position focuses on delivering exceptional customer support through on-site visits, phone, and email, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

Operating within the Quality Management System, you will log and track complaints, assist with root cause analysis, and drive timely resolutions to support continuous product improvement. The role involves extensive travel within the UK, EU, Middle East, and other global locations. When time allows, you will also contribute to on-site activities, including production and stock control of handheld devices.

THOR is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant. The position is based at our Head Office, Amersham, Buckinghamshire, UK. This is a new role. You will be working in a small, collaborative team of four. The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Sales Admin Team to deliver an excellent customer service while also assisting the Finance Manager with some routine financial administration (this role is split roughly 60/40)
