🌍 Sustainability and tackling climate change are important to us here at William Hackett.

We’re proud to share that we’ve completed our 2025 carbon assessment with Greenly marking the second consecutive year we’ve measured and tracked our carbon footprint.

This year, we’re especially pleased to have improved our climate rating from Silver to Gold - a level achieved by only 5% of companies worldwide for climate governance.

By continuing to measure our footprint year after year, we’re gaining a clearer understanding of where our emissions come from, where progress is being made, and where further improvements are needed. These insights will help us take practical steps to reduce emissions and build a more sustainable future.

Our next step is to establish a carbon reduction plan, supporting our long-term ambition of contributing towards global net zero by 2050.

Achieving Gold is an important milestone in our sustainability journey, and we look forward to building on this progress in the years ahead.

Something big has been brewing behind the scenes at William Hackett… and if you’ve been paying attention, you may have already spotted some hints about 𝗛𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗙𝗘𝗦𝗧 2026 👀

On 11th June, we’re bringing a festival experience like no other to Alnwick - inspired by the spirit of Glastonbury, reimagined the William Hackett way. Expect a full day dedicated to innovation, our people, and the products that drive us forward, all wrapped up in an unforgettable festival atmosphere.

Live music. Immersive zones. Interactive stages. More than 150 Hackett Fans. Incredible food and entertainment. And a few surprises we’re keeping under wraps… for now.

All to raise money for our terrific chosen charity HospiceCare North Northumberland!

Those who know William Hackett know we don’t do things by halves - and HACKFEST 2026 is set to be our biggest and boldest event yet.

We’re incredibly proud of Ben Lowes, who has recently graduated with a 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗛𝗼𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 Bachelor of Engineering degree.

Ben is a shining example of the success of our apprenticeship programme here at William Hackett, demonstrating the value of hard work, dedication, and continuous development.
