I started this little business to cater for those customers who simply needed a single prototype or low volume work machined without paying the massive overhead that large CNC businesses generally quote. I offer all my customers a personalised, quality machining service, so if you have a part that needs making, be it your own design or a copy of a original part, please feel free to contact me with

your enquiry. My services include 3D CAD/CAM Design, Prototyping, 3D Printing & CNC Machining. I am also the proud designer and manufacturer of my own dirt bike protection products for KTM & Husqvarna under the brand name "Hard Enduro Designs". All my Hard Enduro Designs products are machined from 6082-T6 Billet Aluminium. You're getting a QUALITY product that offers exceptional protection with very little weight gain, designed and CNC machined right here from my little workshop in Hampshire. Hard Enduro Designs Story

Approximately 2 1/2 years ago, I came to the realisation that there are hardly any manufacturers of quality dirt bike products here in the United Kingdom. Our fellow dirt bikers in the USA are pretty much spoilt for choice, with a large variety of products to choose from. Unfortunately importing products from the USA comes at a cost, no thanks to the current exchange rate, shipping, import duties and tax.

I decided that I wanted to make a effort to deliver the UK a high quality precision engineered product at a competitive price and from this, Hard Enduro Designs was born. You're not only receiving a great looking product, but also a product that offers exceptional protection with very little weight gain, designed and machined from my little workshop, here in Hampshire. All of my Hard Enduro Designs products are CNC machined from 6082-T6 Billet Aluminium and are “Made for Hard Enduro”. Buy with confidence...
