We are looking for an outgoing, confident service administrator to join our small team.

Working in our offices as as service administrator,the successful candidate will have excellent telephone manner and be able to work under their own initiative. Knowledge of local geography is essential.
Experience with Microsoft office, and emails is essential.

Experience using service programmes and online software would be preferred.

Main roles within the job will be to book call with customers, Via Emails and telephone, booking jobs onto our service system online and liaising with engineers.

Completing spreadsheets and assisting with parts ordering process.

Creating and submitting questions to customers. Opening deliveries, sorting and processing stock.

Answering telephone calls and dealing with customer queries .

Full-time Mon to Fri 8.30-5.00pm

The candidate would be an enthusiastic, hard working and experienced engineer with time served in the laundry and catering equipment field who we would welcome to join our longstanding team.
Key Responsibilities of a Commercial Catering/ Laundry Engineer
Equipment Maintenance:
Install, maintain, and repair catering equipment such as ovens, grills, refrigerators, dishwashers, washing machines, dryers, and ironing machines.
Conduct routine inspections to identify and address any issues with Catering & Laundry appliances.
Troubleshooting:
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide timely solutions to minimise downtime.
Diagnose and fix technical problems in a variety of catering & laundry equipment.
Installation:
Install new catering & laundry equipment, ensuring that it meets safety and performance standards.
Interpret technical drawings and specifications for proper equipment placement.
Safety Compliance:
Understand and adhere to safety regulations and guidelines in the catering & laundry industry.
Participate in safety training programs to ensure a safe working environment.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Create reports documenting the condition of catering equipment and recommendations for improvements.
Customer Interaction:
Communicate effectively with clients regarding equipment usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
