🚛 WE'RE HIRING – HGV DRIVER / YARD MANAGER / PLANT MECHANIC 🚛

Vehiclewise is a family-run business established since 1990, with operations in Accrington and Rishton. We specialise in garage services, building materials including steel frame portal buildings, and plant machinery such as tractors and heavy equipment.

We are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual to join our team in a varied hands-on role based primarily at our Rishton yard.

The role will include:
✅ HGV driving and transport duties
✅ Transporting steel buildings, machinery and loads to customers and auctions
✅ Forklift operation
✅ Yard management and organisation
✅ Plant and machinery maintenance and repairs
✅ General mechanical work on vehicles, tractors and equipment
✅ Supporting day-to-day operations across the business

Requirements:
• HGV licence (mandatory)
• Mechanical experience and practical knowledge
• Forklift experience preferred
• Flexible and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors and in all conditions
• Willing to get stuck in and get your hands dirty when required
• Strong work ethic and team-player mentality

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can work independently when needed, and is prepared to do what's required to get the job done.

💷 Wage negotiable depending on experience
⏰ Overtime available and negotiable
📍 Primarily based at our Rishton yard
