I have recently aquired a Johnson 8000 Treadmill seen below. When these treadmills were first released for sale they sold for just short of £5000.00.This is too big for my usual rental so I am selling it. It can be used commercially or for home use but you will need a garage or huge access it weighs a ton.
So if anyone is interested or you know of anyone looking for a gym standard treadmill please spread the word. There will be a drink in it for anyone supplying a buyer.
I'm also having a bit of a treadmill sale this week and have 5 or 6 other models on offer.

Well even though its pouring down and the beach body is not required I've decided to change my body shape anyway.
So after 12 months of shear bone idleness I sit here basking in sweat and actually it feels pretty good. So tonight I've definitely earned a beer.

Well its January again and Hometone is a happy business as people make an early attempt to get a little leaner.
