📢 Carter Manufacturing is moving to a new ERP system on 1 October 2026

We’re introducing Odoo, our new enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, bringing our sales, purchasing, inventory, customer service and finance processes together.

This investment will help us improve order visibility, internal coordination and the consistency of the documents we provide.

As part of the transition, our invoices, quotations, order acknowledgements and purchase orders will have a different format.

No action is required from our customers or suppliers. Our company details, your usual Carter contacts and our engineering-led service remain the same.

Our bank and payment details remain unchanged.
