Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Forklift / Plant Technician to join our team as a Mobile Service Engineer.
This role involves carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of Material Handling Equipment, both on-site and in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities
Service, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of Material Handling Equipment
Diagnose faults and rectify defects efficiently
Perform periodic inspections and preventative maintenance
Prepare forklifts and equipment for sale or rental
Complete all service records in line with Health & Safety and Quality Standards
Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to company standards

Requirements
Time-served engineer with a strong mechanical background
Proven experience with hydraulic and electrical systems on machinery
Experience carrying out Thorough Examinations on material handling equipment
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive, flexible attitude and strong problem-solving skills
