WE’RE HIRING | MARINE CARGO & BULK SURVEYOR
AMS Global Group is looking for a Marine Cargo & Bulk Surveyor to join our growing team in Aberdeen.
We’re particularly interested in people with experience in marine, offshore, cargo, drilling, supply vessel or port operations.
Previous surveying experience is preferred but not essential. Full training and development will be provided to the right person.
The role will include:
• Marine cargo and bulk surveying
• Supply vessel loading and discharge operations
• Specialist drilling fluids and bulk products
• Tank measurement and quantity verification
• Loading/discharge monitoring
• Draft and cargo surveys
• MARPOL surveys and inspections
• Working with vessels, offshore supply bases and energy clients
Experience around PSVs/OSVs, drilling fluids, liquid mud plants, bulk plants, marine logistics or offshore supply bases would be particularly valuable.
We’re looking for someone practical, safety-conscious, numerate and comfortable working in a hands-on marine environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone already working within the marine or offshore industry who wants to develop a long-term career in marine surveying.
