What if one live surgery could redefine the future of bipolar enucleation? 🔥

During the Urovivo congress in Buenos Aires, we proudly witnessed a live Prostate Enucleation using our PlasmaLEP technology.

The procedure demonstrated not only precision and control, but also exceptional coagulation capabilities, ensuring a remarkably clean surgical field with controlled bleeding — even in difficult anatomical conditions.

The session was moderated by Mohammed Omar and Pr Thomas Herrmann with masterpiece of bipolar enucleation expertise.

While the surgery was performed by Dr. Germán Ramírez Wosnuk, joined by Dr. Federico Fossati. Both surgeons showcased how PlasmaLEP can deliver a stable, efficient and safe enucleation through its perfect haemostasis and deep coagulation efficiency.

Our Area Sales Manager, Charbel Maroun, was in Beirut to attend -care 2025, the Uro-Oncology congress organized by the department of in Lebanon, where our distributor Transatlantic was listed as diamond sponsor.

One of the key topics raised during the surgeons’ discussions was the of prostate.

French surgeon Dr Martin Lorette gave an insightful presentation of the technique of of prostate using a bipolar device, showing how can be an easier and more affordable alternative to other enucleation techniques.

Prior to the congress, Notre Dame des Secours - University Hospital (NDSUH) had invited Dr Martin Lorette to perform live surgeries of prostate enucleation. We are glad that they have chosen our technology and device during every surgeries. An important number of Lebanese surgeons have attended this workshop organized by the hospital and are now keen to try this innovative technique.
