The purchase of USH tools, specialised in the manufacture of screwing tips and tip holders makes it possible for us to assert our growth strategy oriented towards the manufacture of up-market and innovating products in France and Europe. Committed from the beginning to continuous improvement of the technical level of both our products and our services, we will base ourselves on USH tools's industrial processes and know-how, which are complementary to our own. Furthermore, our strong presence on the Central and South American markets has led us to set up Diager manufacturing plant Diamex in Mexico to take our production closer to the consumption.
