From quarry to façade.
The stone at Cœur des Sources is bookmatched: two slabs cut from the same block, opened like the pages of a book, so the veining mirrors across the joint.

After the Bonneuil-en-France leisure centre (2019) and the Avia student residence (2021), 29 rue Nollet is a laureate of the 2026 Île-de-France Regional Timber Construction Award — “Refurbishing housing” category.

A 1930s car park turned into 83 timber homes, in the heart of Les Batignolles.

Thank you to Fibois Île-de-France and the jury, to our clients RIVP and Hénéo, to our engineers and timber contractors, and to the team that carried the project through.

For us, the existing is always a beginning, never a constraint.
