It’s confirmed, we’re relocating!
Some of you may already know that we’re moving both our home and business to Frome, Somerset. We’d like to apologise if you’ve noticed certain products being out of stock for a while, we’ve been trying not to restock too heavily ahead of the move. Likewise, if our replies haven’t been as quick as usual, thank you for your patience. The past couple of months have been quite full-on, with lots of decisions being made that will shape both our life and the business for the next few years.
That said, things are becoming clearer day by day, and we’re genuinely excited about this new chapter.
We know many of our London clients and friends regularly visit us and make use of our click & collect service, we’ll really miss seeing you, and we may not get the chance to say goodbye to everyone in person before we leave. Please know how much we’ve appreciated your support, and we look forward to continuing to support you in the same way going forward.
On the other hand, we’ve noticed we already have quite a few clients in Somerset, and we’re pleased to say that click & collect will soon be available in Frome. We’re really looking forward to meeting more of you in Somerset.
The move will be taking place between the end of this month and early May. During this period, there may be some delays in dispatching orders. We’ll share more precise dates on our website shortly.
