Design and manufacturing of 3 identical Seal Gas Panels for the North Field East project which is the most important project in the world for liquefied natural gas (LNG), located in Qatar.
Some key points of the Qatar NFE project's gas sealing panel manufacturing project:
· 8.4m long, 1m wide panel
· More than 60 measuring instruments (relative and differential pressure transmitters, pressure gauges, flow indicators, flow transmitter)
· 36 customer connections
· Strict material sourcing with carbon content verification and double marking
· PMI on the entire gas panel with verification of Cr, Ni, and Mo content according to customer specifications
· Laser dimensional measurement
· Numerous customer specifications to be met
· Exd electrical equipment, NAMUR NE 43, 5-point calibration test with third party
· Certification Mark U-Designator (U-STAMP) certification for pressure vessels integrated into the panel
· Structural strength calculation for lifting and stress
· Adjustable supports at the connections
· 3D model in STEP 214 format sent at various stages of completion (30%, 60%, 90%) with materialization of cable trays, pipe supports
