Looking for some analog wormth 🔥? Well you won’t find it here 🥶 😂 RXR is inspired by hard hiting cruely digital s like Kawai R50/100, Yamaha RX7, Roland R8 and Akai XR10. The one should not forget that those machines originated from late 80’s golden era of digital FM. Although using samples called PCM at the époque those samples themself are often built from a FM body of the sound and oftenly including a LFO - you can clearly hear it while stretching the pitch on some toms or cymbals where in addition the variaty of digital noises are mixed in. The other characteristic is the extensive use of noise -even present on certain kicks & toms some with noise gates, gated reverb or even delay with a charactheristic quick « rebound ». Indeed this was often the case at the time where digital spacialisation effects like reverb & delay were taking in charge what was the task of decay in the analog realm for percussions 🥁 whence big EBM industrial snares 💥
If your’re into some ‘genre ‘ cultivating the concrete character of those drums highlighted by built-in compressor you’ll certenly go for this one eyes closed ;) - ther’s almost 300 of those sounds inside ✔️

Been too busy 👷almost all of the drum modules of the first batch are gone 💨 Thank you ! Finaly set this up to record some demo vidéos of latest modules. Will start to post tomorrow with RXR + Total Sub than with Arhiv.. VA2XR. Lot to show so stay tuned 📡
