For the eleventh consecutive year, Demand2Plan is gathering its stakeholders to set them on the path along that razor’s edge—that fine line that constitutes both our weakness and our strength. This year, the focus is on the foundations of the company. We will once again explore the path to antifragility and focus on the paralyzing effects of executive dysfunction.
We face a crucial decision: to participate in the historic transformation of organizations as conscious agents of change, and to help our clients break free from a victim mentality regarding current events and technology. The ideology of the digital age—with its all-powerful A.I.—can be paralyzing; yet, for thirty years, we have been developing approaches defined by courage and hope. Everything is ready! Now we need the courage to accept our historic mission: to continue creating, deploying, and maintaining standards for the industrial steering of organizations, without compromising with flawed mindsets.

And a prediction rests on prophecy, revelation, intuition, and deliberate intent—with the human person at the center.
