Throwback to last weekend’s training at in Roda, Corfu 🇬🇷
Using Rotisol’s top-of-the-range OLYMPIA rotisserie, we cooked an incredible selection: celeriac, cauliflower, beetroot, potatoes, sweet potatoes, mixed vegetables, pineapple, chicken and legs of lamb. 🔥🍗🍍
A big thank you to Executive Chef .armenis and Head Chef for your time and warm welcome.
Special thanks also to our partners .gr, who handled the installation and provide ongoing after-sales support for the unit. 🤝

ROTISSERIE CHICKEN + BUTTER… say no more 💛😮‍💨

The rotisserie chicken scene in Manchester has recently blown up and this spot is one of the faves! Their concept is well cooked juicy chicken and their spiced butters to dunk it all in!

The chicken definitely was juicy with lovely charred skin thanks to the rotisserie chicken 3000! Our fave butter was the tarragon, Dijon mustard and honey butter and the chicken gravy was thick and delicious! And we smothered it allllll over!

We dunked our rotisserie potatoes in the lemon and black pepper butter which was FIT! And also tried the almost Caesar salad and the chilli and garlic tenderstem which added a bit of greenery to our table!

They also serve chicken fat popcorn whilst you wait!!!

Our fave side was the mac and smoked cheese which had insane pulls and was so tasty! Smokey and cheesey what more could you ask for!

This was genuinely a really tasty meal so catch me sweating butter out of every pore for the foreseeable!
