[MM TAPER clinical case]

Irreversible pulpitis on tooth 16 in a 68-year-old patient by the Dr. Nicolas Gardon.

👉 Pre‑operative radiograph of tooth 16
👉 After access opening and rotary scouting, the S1 file was used for efficient shaping of the coronal third
👉 The S2 file allowed precise and controlled shaping of the middle third
👉 The F1 file ensured shaping of the apical third
👉 Obturation of the 4 canals: the MB2 joins the MB1 (Weine type II configuration).

Canal shaping using the MM TAPER sequence proved to be fast, efficient, and safe.
The instruments are pleasant to use, and each one perfectly fulfills its role within the sequence.

"Obturation was performed using the single‑cone technique, after fitting the master cone to working length, with sealing achieved using MM Bioceramic Sealer.
The final result is very satisfactory, both clinically and radiographically."
