Last Friday, we held our October Face2Face session, led by our CEO, Ritesh Dass. This monthly company-wide event brought together all 16 sites via Teams, giving us an invaluable opportunity to connect, communicate, and align on our goals.

Our team looked forward to this session for important company announcements, reminders of our core values, and a renewed focus on our business objectives. As One Team, we’re committed to aggressively selling and upselling, driving us forward.

This month, we also honored Pinktober and celebrated Fiji Day, sharing refreshments and enjoying each other's company post-Face2Face. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and Face2Face continues to be the best avenue to strengthen our connection across every site.

We’re excited to announce our collaboration with Fiji National University to upskill our team members through comprehensive Apprenticeship and Trade Test programs! 🎉 Our HR team, in partnership with the Trade Test and Apprenticeship departments, is working closely with managers to launch this vital upskilling initiative as part of our Talent Strategy for future readiness.

As a key step, FNU recently conducted an audit of our facilities, moving us closer to obtaining authorized permits to begin the Apprenticeship program. This partnership not only strengthens our commitment to employee growth but also builds a highly skilled workforce prepared to meet future industry demands.
